Arrival Services include:
- Groceries purchased and stocked - as requested
- Heat or air conditioning turned on or windows opened
- Water heater turned on
- Wood in fireplace
- Flowers and / or wine provided if requested
- Patio and deck furniture set up
- Dinner ready if requested
Departure Services include:
- Cleaning service arranged as agreed
- Towels and bedding laundered and replaced
- Dishes washed and kitchen thoroughly cleaned
- Doors and windows secured
- Water heater turned off
- Patio and deck furniture stored out of the weather
- Trash removed.
These and other arrival and departure services for out of town homeowners are done at $30 per hour.
