BUILDING LIAISON FEE:  $30 / HOUR

BUILDING LIAISON SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Acting as your liaison with builders, assuring that your desires are met.
  • Working with homeowner assessing the house plans for possible problems.
  • Arrange appointments with vendors as needed for carpet, tile, flooring, doors, paint selections, etc.
  • Keeping the builder apprised of decisions in timely fashion.
  • Help with interior decorating as requested
  • Keeping the homeowner up to date with progress.
  • Other services as needed.

PAYMENT OF SUB CONTRACTORS:

Payment expected by the home owner directly to any contractors
upon completion of their work.
