INCLUDES:
- Detailing and staging the home for sale
- De Cluttering the home
- Rearranging furniture to maximize square footage and traffic flow
- Time used for gathering accessories and staging items
- Additional consulting with homeowners
- Hiring any sub contractors
- Complete overseeing of the project
- Monitoring Home Maintenance while on the market

PAYMENT OF SUB CONTRACTORS:
Payment expected by the home owner directly to any contractors
upon completion of their work.
